Food and Beverage Server

Interlachen Country Club is in search of a dedicated Food and Beverage Server. Our staff is committed to delivering outstanding service and creating a warm atmosphere for our members in our dining venues, including the Bobby Jones Pub & Grill and the Lodge. We seek individuals who are personable, enjoy collaborating with a team, and have a genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional experiences for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance the member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the highlight of each member's day.
  • Communicate menu highlights and details, and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Address challenges with poise, finding solutions that lead to positive outcomes.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu to effectively explain dishes and pairings to our members.
  • Uphold brand standards by participating in daily tasks and cleaning to ensure readiness for service.
  • Support fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive workplace culture.
Preferred Qualifications and Characteristics:

Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant or serving role; experience in a club setting is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Wine, Liquor, Beer, Food & Proper Service
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
Availability
  • This role is available for part-time individuals. Candidates must be flexible with their schedules and willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will vary from 4-8 hours.
  • Availability on Sundays is required.
