Join Our Team as a Regional Sales Consultant

We are looking for a talented and motivated Regional Sales Consultant to become a vital part of our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for the hardware sector and excel in collaborating with independent retail hardware outlets to enhance sales and introduce innovative products and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with independent retail hardware stores to promote and sell new products and initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our manufacturers' offerings and programs.
  • Collaborate with retail management to implement new or revised manufacturer programs, assisting with merchandising requirements.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with retail clients.
  • Exhibit a strong emphasis on planning, organization, and reporting.
  • Utilize our exclusive sales application to manage customer information, generate action reports, and process orders and requests.
  • Participate in trade shows (up to 8 annually), typically over weekends.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.

Travel Requirements: Overnight travel is anticipated to support sales initiatives, trade shows, industry events, and field resets (approximately 60%).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 5 Years Equivalent Work Experience
  • Acceptable Driving Record
