We are currently hiring and looking for motivated individuals to elevate their sales careers while earning uncapped commissions, bonuses, and benefits. The role of Field Sales Consultant involves extensive fieldwork, engaging directly with homeowners to showcase the quality and value of our products. Next Door & Window is a family-owned business dedicated to the success of our clients and team, offering prestigious brands in the window and door replacement sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Conduct thorough consultations in clients' homes, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products.
  • Sales and Design Proposals: Create and present tailored solutions that incorporate our window and door offerings, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of clients' homes.
  • Sales Closure: Skillfully negotiate and finalize sales, ensuring all agreements are promptly recorded in the company CRM.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with clients from initial contact through project completion, ensuring satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Self-Motivated and Independent: Ability to work autonomously in the field, driven by sales goals and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong capability in engaging homeowners and utilizing effective in-home sales techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, effectively engaging with clients and team members.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel within the Madison area.
