Position Overview:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients at Bergstrom Chevrolet of Madison.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer feels valued and understood, guiding them through the entire vehicle purchasing or leasing journey.

You will assist clients in identifying their specific requirements, accompany them on test drives, navigate financial processes, and recommend additional products and services to enhance their experience.

We pride ourselves on offering transparent pricing, which simplifies the buying process and saves our customers time and effort.

While prior sales experience can be beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed for our unique sales approach, including obtaining your state sales license and mastering our vehicle lineup.

Compensation:

Our Automotive Sales Consultants receive a competitive base salary of $36,000, along with a monthly bonus structure based on vehicle sales, rather than a commission on sale price.


Work Schedule:

This position requires a five-day workweek from Monday to Saturday, with sales hours set from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Fridays, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays. Your schedule will include two opening shifts from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, two closing shifts from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and an 8:00 am to 5:00 pm shift on Saturdays, with Sundays and a mid-week day off.
