Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Design Solutions: Create and present tailored solutions that incorporate our window and door offerings, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.
  • Closing Sales: Skillfully negotiate and finalize sales, ensuring timely entry of contracts into the company CRM.
  • Project Management: Collaborate closely with clients from initial contact through project completion, ensuring satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work autonomously in the field, driven by sales targets and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong aptitude for engaging homeowners and utilizing effective in-home sales techniques.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and colleagues.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel within the Madison area.
