Role Expectations:
On the sales floor, you will adopt a consultative sales strategy, assisting customers in navigating their choices.
Engagement with the community will be part of your role through events, processing online orders, and reaching out to both existing and prospective customers.
Your work schedule will vary between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly schedules based on seniority provided two weeks in advance.This position thrives in a fast-paced setting; adaptability and a willingness to embrace change will be essential to keep pace with the latest technology and customer demands.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in retail or customer service sales is advantageous. If you lack sales experience, we offer comprehensive tools, training, and mentorship to help you achieve and surpass your targets.
Compensation Structure:
New Sales Consultants can expect to earn between $40,000 and $63,000, which includes both an hourly wage and unlimited commission potential for top performers.
