About the Role

The Northeast Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding distribution of our portfolio of South African and French wines in New England, with opportunities to expand into Washington DC/MD/DE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster and grow relationships with on and off premise customers to drive sales.
  • Engage and motivate distributor partners to meet or exceed annual/quarterly goals.
  • Manage distributor inventory and pricing to ensure consistency with current depletion trends and goals.
  • Plan and execute in-store tastings, staff trainings, and other trade/consumer events.
  • Use internal data and software systems to strategically target accounts and grow or regain business.
  • Work with the National Accounts team to prospect for new Regional Chain opportunities.
Requirements
  • Significant wine sales experience.
  • Positive, resilient, and patient attitude.
  • Strong ability to 'find a way' and do it with sincerity and a smile.
  • Exemplary listening skills and strong written and verbal communication.
  • Open-minded approach to learning.
  • Passion for wine/wine industry or travel is a plus.
