Senior Account Manager, Northeast Territory

LG Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to lead our wholesale distribution efforts in the Northeast territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor personnel, contractors, and local industry association staff throughout the territory
  • Work closely with the Distribution Manager and distributor partners to drive sales, marketing, advertising, and training initiatives
  • Participate in industry events and associations to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
  • Manage the LG Pro Dealer program, identifying and recruiting new dealers and developing strategies to drive sales growth
  • Utilize presentation skills to facilitate training for contractors, distributors, and trade personnel
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree + 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of results
  • Experience leading and managing manufacturer rep. firms, distributor territory managers
  • Proficient at time management and managing multi-state territory
  • Familiarity within the HVAC industry with preferred experience in residential/light commercial Inverter Heat Pump units, wholesale channels, and dealer networks
  • Strong relationship building, outstanding communications skills, solid business acumen, and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L
