Your Profile:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic B2B Sales Regional Manager to lead and develop a team of Outside Account Executives. This management position involves recruiting, training, coaching, and guiding both new and experienced Account Executives while overseeing daily sales operations within a designated territory. Responsibilities:

  • Launch, onboard, and expand the South Central regional market.
  • Drive new market share revenue by leading your team to establish new SMB relationships through proactive prospecting and local lead generation.
  • Implement the SumUp University sales process, scripts, and playbooks within your team, actively participating in field activities and skill development.
  • Monitor individual sales activities, pipelines, and team forecasts, utilizing various sales tools to assess effectiveness and productivity.
  • Collaborate with your team to develop and maintain strategic sales funnels through local prospecting, meetings, and networking.
  • Manage individual sales behaviors and activities to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
  • Build trust and rapport with team members by coaching and enhancing their selling skills and confidence.
  • Attract, recruit, select, and train successful sales talent to grow territory headcount.
  • Work closely with executive management, sales training, recruiting, marketing, and product teams to drive regional market growth and business success.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 3+ years of team management experience in a structured, quota-driven sales environment.
  • Preferred experience in payment solutions sales.
  • Experience in small business sales is a plus.
  • Proven track record in mentoring and leading teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for managing lead funnels and forecasts.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer service.
  • Experience in managing people and coaching for excellence in local B2B markets.

Compensation:

The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position ranges from $169,000 to $184,000, depending on experience, with uncapped bonus potential.
