Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Northeast region
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including property owners, investors, and real estate professionals
  • Collaborate with the national sales team to identify new business opportunities and share best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

Requirements

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in commercial real estate
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
