Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with people? Our client, a reputable roofing service provider, is seeking an Office Administrator to enhance their operational efficiency.

Position Overview:

Role: Office Administrator

Compensation: $16-18 / hour, commensurate with experience

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and distribute them to clients
  • Handle incoming calls, address client inquiries, and assist in generating positive reviews
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales activities
  • Manage the scheduling of sales appointments and follow up on leads
  • Provide management with insights on customer needs, including competitive analysis and potential innovations
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and promotional trends
  • Seek continuous improvement through constructive feedback
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of vendor invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Effective communication skills across various departments
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in data entry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Acculynx
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while meeting deadlines

Additional Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  2. Valid Driver's License (Required)
  3. 1-3 years of relevant experience in Office Administration or Customer Service
