RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist residents with daily activities and treatments as outlined in their service plans.
  • Support residents dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Participate in the creation of service plans tailored to resident needs.
  • Accurately observe and report any issues concerning residents.
  • Attend necessary training sessions and meetings.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Wellness Director.

Shifts: 11pm-7am, 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm (part-time options available)

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong English communication skills are essential.
  • Must meet health-related criteria.
  • Maintain required certifications.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires standing, walking, bending, and more. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs may be necessary.

EXPOSURE RISK CLASSIFICATION: May involve tasks with potential exposure to bodily fluids and viruses.
