RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist residents with daily activities and treatments according to personalized service plans.
- Support residents in managing emotional and behavioral health challenges.
- Participate in the creation of service plans tailored to resident needs.
- Accurately observe and report any resident concerns.
- Attend required training sessions and meetings.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Wellness Director.
Shifts: 11pm-7am, 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm (part-time options available)
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
- Must meet health-related requirements.
- Maintain necessary certifications relevant to the role.
This position involves standing, walking, bending, and may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
EXPOSURE RISK CLASSIFICATION: Responsibilities may include tasks with potential exposure to bodily fluids and viruses.
