RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist residents with their daily activities and care plans.
  • Support residents in managing emotional and behavioral health challenges.
  • Participate in the creation of personalized care plans tailored to resident needs.
  • Accurately observe and report any issues concerning residents.
  • Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Wellness Director.

Shifts: 11pm-7am, 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm (part-time options available)

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong English communication skills are essential.
  • Must meet health-related requirements.
  • Maintain all necessary certifications.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position involves various physical activities, including standing, walking, and bending. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs may be necessary.

EXPOSURE RISK CLASSIFICATION: Responsibilities may include tasks with potential exposure to bodily fluids and viruses.
