RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist residents with their daily activities and care plans.
- Support residents in managing emotional and behavioral health challenges.
- Participate in the creation of personalized care plans tailored to resident needs.
- Accurately observe and report any issues concerning residents.
- Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Wellness Director.
Shifts: 11pm-7am, 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm (part-time options available)
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
- Must meet health-related requirements.
- Maintain all necessary certifications.
This position involves various physical activities, including standing, walking, and bending. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs may be necessary.
EXPOSURE RISK CLASSIFICATION: Responsibilities may include tasks with potential exposure to bodily fluids and viruses.
