Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide personalized service to guests, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train front office staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent guest service.
  • Operations: Manage front office operations, including check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or guest services role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel software and systems.
