Job Title: Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team at SafeSplash Kansas City (Zona Rosa). As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and directing clients and visitors, answering inquiries, and providing information
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client accounts, scheduling classes and appointments, and managing retail sales
  • Ensuring a safe and clean reception area and lobby, including restrooms, by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Assisting clients with retail merchandise, managing supplies, and preparing and tracking donations to non-profit organizations
  • Scheduling, promoting, and participating in special events, and keeping all client communications updated and visibly posted in public areas of the lobby
Requirements:
  • Happy and professional disposition, hospitable and caring
  • Exceptional customer service focus, delivering quality experience, and handling pressure of customer escalations
  • Strong communication skills, including telephone, verbal, and written communication, and listening
  • Experience with computer scheduling software, spreadsheets, and word processing software such as Microsoft Windows
  • Outstanding multi-tasking abilities, able to handle and coordinate multiple schedules, keep swim instructors and customers on time, answer phone lines, etc.
  • Dependable and flexible schedule, willing to work some evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Swim Lesson and/or competitive swimming experience, knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression
  • CPR & First Aid Certified
  • Front desk/Customer service experience
