About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at SpringHill Suites. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations during the busy season of Worlds Of Fun.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front desk team to provide personalized services that exceed guest expectations.
  • Take initiative to address guest requests, process operational needs, and complete reports in a timely manner.
  • Empower team members to take ownership of their work and make decisions that drive results.
