Hotel Front Desk Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Kansas City Downtown. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional stay with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations at the front desk and ensure seamless guest experiences
- Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for senior management
- Manage the front desk budget and procure office supplies as needed
- Supervise current front desk staff and train new hires to deliver exceptional customer service and implement hotel policies
- Interact with guests in-person and over the phone, respond to inquiries, and resolve any guest complaints
Requirements
- Experience with MS Office and bookkeeping skills desired
- Excellent communication, management, and multitasking skills
- At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field
- 1 year of previous experience working in the hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED)
