Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

KMG Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Provide personalized service to guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent guest service.
  • Operations: Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
