Front Desk Supervisor

At Atrium Hospitality, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, leading the front desk team, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead and motivate the front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and checking out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure that our guests' needs are met and that our hotel is running smoothly.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Supervisory experience and skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of property management systems.
