Front Desk Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team at SafeSplash. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including maintaining a clean and organized environment, handling mail and packages, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule swim lessons and appointments, coordinate with swim instructors and staff, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding lesson schedules, cancellations, and other important information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Assistant General Manager/Manager on Duty to ensure that all front desk operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including the ability to use scheduling software and other technical tools.
  • Swim Lesson Knowledge: Have a basic understanding of swim lessons and the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding lesson schedules and cancellations.
