Job Title: Front Desk Night Auditor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Night Auditor to join our team at Peachtree Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct nightly audit-related duties, including balancing duties, daily paperwork, and shift reports.
  • Provide exceptional guest service at the hotel's front desk, including guest check-in/check-outs, making reservations, and answering guest questions.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly work environment, with a focus on guest security.
  • Count cash and maintain the accuracy of the issued cash drawer at the beginning and end of each scheduled shift.
  • Check the front desk log for problems, special requests, and other important information.
  • Process guest registrations, including collecting payment and preparing express checkout folios.
  • Maintain room status inventory and communicate all pertinent shift information to Front Office Manager, General Manager, and other desk staff.
  • Clean the lobby and bathroom as needed and ensure a smooth transition to the following shift.
  • Work closely with all hotel departments to provide the highest quality of customer service.
  • Answer inquiries about hotel services, registration, and local information.
  • Complete all required shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or auditing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
