Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Executive to join our team. As a Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for guiding our customers in selecting and purchasing the appropriate construction cleaning services for their projects. You will work closely with our sales management team to develop new customers and provide turn-key construction cleaning services to Facilities Managers, General Contractors, and Property Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the guidance of an established Account Executive to learn more about our offerings and how to work with clients.
  • Cultivate relationships with general contractors, end users, and property managers.
  • Submit pricing quotes to existing, new, or potential clients.
  • Work with the project team to coordinate RFI's & submittals and installation with the Customer.
  • Follow through by visiting job sites during project commencement to ensure quality control and timely work performance.
  • Create and submit cost proposals for changes in work during the commencement of the project.
  • Manage projects in conjunction with the project coordinator or installation supervisor.
  • Help solve problems and ensure that the jobs are installed properly.
  • Work with the project team to ensure change orders, billings and close-out documentation are submitted regularly and kept current.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Previous sales experience or building science/construction management or advanced commercial floor installation experience is required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motorized vehicle.
  • Strong math skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, and volume.
  • Willing to travel up to 35% of the time may be needed and attendance at industry and trade shows may be possible.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field.
