Position Overview:
The Territory Sales Executive (TSE) will cultivate and enhance distributor partnerships, educate and inspire distributor representatives to secure new distribution channels, increase sales volume in current accounts, and implement strategies at the chain level within a designated region. The ideal candidate is a target-driven, revenue-oriented professional who can swiftly forge relationships to support a growth-focused sales agenda. This role entails overseeing distributor/Bottler performance in the assigned Coca Cola Operating Unit area and ensuring the company's success in that specific market. Success will be achieved through proficient distributor management, effective market execution, and the ability to nurture robust relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training to Bottler Sales Representatives on product insights, sales techniques, and marketing strategies by influencing actions at various levels within their organization.
  • Achieve objectives through collaborative ride-alongs in retail environments, sales presentations at bottler facilities, and coordinated calls with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive retail sales aligned with quarterly strategic goals focusing on innovation, distribution, merchandising, and equipment placements, in collaboration with bottler partners.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and utilization of all Monster Energy Company tools (CRM) and resources to optimize productivity and outcomes in the assigned market, including surveys, training resources, sales data systems, asset management, and internal communication platforms.
  • Engage in business unit initiatives, market assessments, company gatherings, sampling campaigns, and local retail meetings, which may involve setup, teardown, customer engagement, sales presentations, and additional responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in Sales or Marketing is required.
  • Additional Experience: At least 1 year in the Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills in various environments, including handheld devices.
  • Certifications: Must maintain a satisfactory driving record to be eligible for coverage under the company's insurance policy.
Compensation Range: $49,500 - $66,000
