Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and recommendations
  • Utilize sales tools and technology to manage sales activities, track progress, and analyze results
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the foodservice industry, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of the foodservice industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with sales tools and technology, including CRM systems and sales analytics
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the foodservice industry
  • Experience working in a distribution environment
  • Knowledge of integrated systems and order entry systems
