Job Description

Job Summary:

Swift Placement & Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the Central Ohio area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in machine tool, industrial, or capital equipment sales.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of CNC machining and understanding of complex milling/turning and EDM processes.
  • Knowledge of CMM inspection equipment and metrology practices.
