About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at DirectDefense. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business revenue throughout North America by driving new business sales, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, and building a pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities within your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business Sales: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business revenue and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the Sales Process: Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, including conducting effective discovery calls with prospects, delivering dynamic and engaging presentations and product demonstrations, and negotiating pricing and contractual terms.
  • Build a Pipeline: Identify and qualify opportunities within your territory, build a pipeline of potential sales, and maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
  • Provide Excellent Service: Ensure excellent service and support to prospects and customers by creating long-term business relationships and utilizing Salesforce to track all pertinent information related to the opportunity and account.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Industry Experience: Have prior experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a strong understanding of information security services and solutions.
  • Sales Experience: Possess a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to drive new business revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Leadership Experience: Have prior experience in a leadership role, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.
