Our Field Sales Executives have experienced significant career growth, with many doubling or tripling their income, as we prioritize investment in tools, training, and lead generation. If you are diligent, detail-oriented, possess a positive mindset, and can manage multiple tasks, this role offers the perfect opportunity to elevate your career and income.

Key Qualifications

  • A strong 'hunter' mentality in sales, with the ability to identify and cultivate a client base.
  • Enthusiasm and skill in building relationships with clients.
  • Excellent persuasive and influential communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective time management, goal-setting abilities, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Regular and timely communication with team members and field managers.
  • Punctual attendance at all appointments arranged by the Inside Sales Team.
  • Proactively seek new customers to maximize productivity and meet lead generation requirements.
  • Conduct energy and water audits, delivering sales presentations using approved materials and procedures.
  • Meet minimum performance targets as outlined in this agreement, with periodic updates.
  • Engage qualifying customers with additional products offered by the company.
  • Adhere to all Corporate Sales Policies as defined in this agreement and updated by Sales Management.

Performance Metrics

  • 100 enrolled Small Volume RCEs monthly.
  • Work within the assigned territory.
  • Utilize company materials and processes according to provided protocols and training.
  • Maintain a polite, courteous, and considerate demeanor when interacting with team members and clients.
  • Collaborate ethically with the company, team members, and customers.
  • Complete annual certification and training tests, along with a criminal record check.
  • Engage in daily communication with sales management and inside team members.
  • Participate in company conferences and meetings.
  • Respect designated work hours, typically from 8:45 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Timely client engagement.
  • Possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurability.
