Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads, scheduling and conducting listing presentations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Convert pre-qualified leads into sales opportunities
- Listing Presentations: Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to showcase our luxury vacation and short-term rental homes
- Client Communication: Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our clients' businesses
- Home Pricing and Staging: Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to attract potential buyers quickly
- Client Feedback: Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listings and improve customer service ratings
- Lead Follow-up: Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth sales process
- Appointment Setting: Set appointments with potential buyers to showcase our luxury vacation and short-term rental homes
- Networking: Network with potential clients and partners to grow our business
- Sales Closure: Close sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Team Player: Collaborate with our team to achieve our sales goals
- Sales Scripts Mastery: Develop and maintain a high level of sales scripts mastery to effectively communicate with clients
Qualifications
- Real Estate License: Must have a valid Real Estate License to practice in the state of Arizona
- Commission Opportunity: Earn a competitive commission on sales
- Good Communication: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales Experience: Have a proven track record of sales success in the real estate industry
