Compensation:

$85,000 - $125,000 at plan

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert pre-qualified leads into clients
  • Schedule and conduct presentations for potential sellers
  • Respond promptly to all leads and inquiries to expand our customer base
  • Price, stage, and market properties effectively to attract buyers
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their listings and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Generate new leads
  • Follow up on leads
  • Prospect properties owned by absentee owners
  • Network with owners of short-term rental properties
  • Master CRM and database management
  • Utilize effective sales scripts
Qualifications:
  • Valid Real Estate License required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commission-based compensation structure

  • Previous sales experience preferred
