Job Opportunity
Medline Industries is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive business growth.
Conduct business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for increasing profitability and improving customer loyalty.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 3 years of outside healthcare sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Previous wound care or related sales experience a plus.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to customers.
Willingness to travel a minimum of 2 overnights per week in a multi-state territory.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience selling in assisted living, nursing homes, home health, and/or healthcare industry preferred.
Previous experience with wound care or skin care products a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated compensation for this position includes $63,750-$100,000 annually in guaranteed base salary. This role is bonus eligible. Medline Industries will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
