Job Summary
The Business Development Director position is a key senior sales role within Tephra's Energy & Resources (E&R) sales team for North America, responsible for executing regional sales and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing regional sales and business development strategies
- Developing revenue-producing relationships with decision-making CxO level executives
- Driving the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities
- Overseeing the entire sales effort from initial contact to contract execution
- Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
