The Business Development Director position is a key senior sales role within Tephra's Energy & Resources (E&R) sales team for North America, responsible for executing regional sales and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing regional sales and business development strategies
  • Developing revenue-producing relationships with decision-making CxO level executives
  • Driving the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities
  • Overseeing the entire sales effort from initial contact to contract execution
  • Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
