Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Increase sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
  • Team Management: Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales team to achieve high professional standards and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Performance Management: Ensure targets are delivered through effective people management, performance reviews, rewards, and individual recognition.
  • Market Analysis: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and adjust the sales program accordingly.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals, and meet with members to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
Requirements
  • Meeting Sales Goals: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Motivation: Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Sales Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Build Relationships: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Coaching: Proven coaching and development skills, with the ability to identify and develop talent within the team.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the fitness industry and market trends.
  • Staffing: Ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
Experience Required:

1+ years of experience as a General Manager or higher, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
