General Overview:
The Business Process and Accountability Support Specialist engages in sophisticated administrative tasks and provides essential operational assistance across all primary sectors and functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver advanced administrative and operational analysis to the Director for Business Process and Accountability.
  2. Execute a diverse array of assignments to support the technical operations of the department, including business operations analysis and policy assessments.
  3. Facilitate project and change management initiatives.
  4. Assist in the initiation and completion of projects, encompassing tracking, communication, planning, and follow-up.
  5. Contribute to process enhancement projects by diagnosing challenges, identifying gaps, and developing actionable strategies.
  6. Oversee multiple tasks and projects, preparing routine summary reports for leadership review.
  7. Utilize various software tools, such as spreadsheets and databases, to modify and format data and reports.
  8. Exercise sound judgment in directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  9. Address issues and plan with a focus on customer service, project quality, and meticulous detail.
  10. Support key staff in data collection, analysis, and process enhancement efforts.
  11. Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations.
  12. Organize and coordinate events for the Business Process and Accountability department, including meetings and special functions.
  13. Maintain and update the Business Process and Accountability website.
  14. Perform additional duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is mandatory.
  2. A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in project management, process improvement, or operational management is required.
  3. Experience within a higher education institution is preferred.
