  • Leadership skills and staff management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required, industrial engineering degree preferred.
