About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to join our team at Il Forno Brands. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the culinary operations across all our locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Implementation and Innovation:
    • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes that align with our brand standards and customer preferences.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Culinary Director, or similar leadership role in a multi-location restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary trends, food safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
