Territory Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Territory Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HVAC/R industry and a proven track record in selling to HVAC/R Wholesale Distributors.
This role offers a competitive salary and uncapped commission opportunities, making it an excellent choice for motivated sales professionals.
Main Responsibilities- Grow market share and acquire new wholesale distributor customers in the assigned territory.
- Represent All SmartElectric and ComfortStar products in the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC/R sales, with a focus on Wholesale Distribution.
- Established relationships with HVAC/R Wholesale/Distributor decision-makers.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, especially mini splits.
- Ability to travel extensively (75% to 80%).
- Strong leadership and management skills.
Benefits
- $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Uncapped commissions the more you sell, the more you make.
