Medical Territory Account Manager

We are seeking a Medical Territory Account Manager to join our team in the Miami, FL area.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for promoting wound care solutions. This role will require building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to promote wound care solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capture new business
- Monitor and report sales activity to supervisor for review
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
- Strong consultative selling skills and proven ability to close sales
- Ethical and compliant behavior
- Disciplined time management skills
- Able to set and achieve targeted goals
- Ability to identify opportunities within the assigned territory
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a caring demeanor towards others
- Current driver's license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to align with RESKIN company culture and values
- Ability to develop strategic long-term relationships with clients aimed at helping patients and achieving business results
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation plan with growth opportunities
- Base plus commission; estimated $80-120k annually
