We are seeking a Medical Territory Account Manager to join our team in the Miami, FL area.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for promoting wound care solutions. This role will require building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to promote wound care solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capture new business
  • Monitor and report sales activity to supervisor for review
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
  • Strong consultative selling skills and proven ability to close sales
  • Ethical and compliant behavior
  • Disciplined time management skills
  • Able to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Ability to identify opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a caring demeanor towards others
  • Current driver's license
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to align with RESKIN company culture and values
  • Ability to develop strategic long-term relationships with clients aimed at helping patients and achieving business results

Compensation and Benefits:
