Sales Territory Manager

New Tech Global Staffing is seeking a seasoned District Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Miami, FL. This direct hire position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Sales Team Leadership: Collaborate with and direct the sales efforts of independent sales agencies within the territory to ensure alignment with company goals and maximize sales performance.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with key industry professionals such as pool builders and landscape designers.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the features and benefits of New Tech Global's Lighting products.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop programs, materials, and tools to support the sales process in your territory.
- Industry Networking: Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network and promote New Tech Global's Lighting products.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the lighting, pool, or backyard industry required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Sales Tools: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
