About the Role

USAble Life is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts within a defined territory, working with clients to determine the appropriate product mix, and ensuring successful enrollment and management of the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with assigned clients and Blue Cross distribution representatives
  • Assure all service and production goals are being met to achieve client and agency goals
  • Utilize expertise in Ancillary and Voluntary products to assist in sales training and implementation of sales within recently acquired agencies
  • Communicate and assist in sales, enrollment, and submission of new business from acquired agencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 5 years' experience in employee benefits
  • Insurance Agent license in Health and Life
  • 5 years' experience in Employee Benefit Sales or Account Management of Service related products
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 years or more of College education
  • 8 years' experience in employee benefit organizations or in a similar company within the insurance industry

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and internal tenure & equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for performance-based annual incentive plans.
