About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive II to join our team at CorVel. As an Account Executive II, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and prospects on an executive level, acting as an extension of the client, and selling new services that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presenting CorVel's services to prospective customers and understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Knowledge of CorVel's services and the disability compensation system, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Attending monthly sales calls and strategy meetings with management to discuss sales goals and performance.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals established by management for the marketplace/branch office, with a focus on increasing market share and providing value to customers.
  • Exploring all lines of coverage and needs within existing accounts and new accounts, with a focus on identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Documenting all opportunities and sales activity in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) independently or with assistance from the RFP Department, with a focus on providing high-quality proposals that meet customer needs.
  • Exhibiting at conferences as approved by management, with a focus on building relationships and promoting CorVel's services.
  • Following CorVel policies and procedures, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or sales/marketing, with a proven sales track record.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Highly developed organizational abilities, with a focus on time management and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM software (Salesforce), with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest technology and tools.
