About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Development team at Landing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Autopilot, our premier product, to Multifamily Ownership Groups and Property Management Groups across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Autopilot to Multifamily Ownership Groups and Property Management Groups
  • Closing deals is a top priority, with daily follow-up and relationship-building essential
  • Lead sourcing, identifying, and testing creative ways to get in front of decision-makers
  • Regular travel, including Zoom/remote pitches and in-person meetings with local teams
  • Contract negotiation and industry networking
  • Collaboration with our AP Ops team on closed deals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with Service/Implementation teams
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong planning skills and ability to implement successful sales strategies
  • Excellent work ethic, written, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel across the country to close deals
  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience
