Business Development Representative

Drive Business Growth
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Growth Specialist to drive our business-to-business sales efforts. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities and transform prospective leads into active, revenue-generating accounts. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent presentation skills and a strong commitment to follow-up. Success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business: Utilize your expertise in research, cold calling, and networking to uncover exciting business opportunities.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Take charge of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition every step of the way.
- Track Performance: Set and exceed ambitious sales goals while leveraging data analytics to enhance your strategy.
- Engage Clients: Build strong relationships through in-person meetings, video calls, and tailored presentations that address client needs.
- Provide Stellar Support: Ensure long-term client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and fostering strong relationships.
- Plan for Success: Develop and implement annual sales plans that align with our company goals.
- Network Like a Pro: Actively participate in local and online business networking activities to expand your reach.
Requirements:
- Experienced: 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a knack for cold calling.
- Communicative: Strong presentation skills that engage and inspire clients.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive self-starter who thrives on taking initiative.
- Organized: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional: Maintain a polished appearance and demeanor while engaging with clients.
- Adaptable: Thrive in fast-paced environments and adjust strategies as needed.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willing to Travel: Ready to hit the road for client meetings and networking events (minimum 25%).
