Business Development Representative

The RoleThe Business Development Representative will serve as the face of our company, acting as the first point of contact for various stakeholders, including prospects, customers, partners, and vendors. This role involves growing our company's market share through new customer targeting, outreach, and qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to develop prospecting playbooks and run multi-channel sales activation campaigns.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders within target accounts, including buyers, champions, and decision-makers.
- Develop and implement A/B multivariate tests to optimize opportunity generation and improve sales performance.
- Report on campaign KPIs, including meetings kept, opportunities created, and opportunities qualified.
- Manage target account datasets in our CRM and develop nurturing strategies to keep decision-makers informed of updates to our platform.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a background in outbound prospecting, preferably in the SaaS, Transportation, or Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with the MEDDIC sales methodology and similar sales strategies. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Gong, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. A strong understanding of account-based sales and consultative sales processes is also required.
