About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at EMCOR Group. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to pursue them
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify and meet their needs
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Strong understanding of commercial sales and service principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
