The Role
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to act as the face of our company, serving as the first point of contact for various stakeholders, including prospects, customers, partners, and vendors. This role involves growing company market share through new customer targeting, outreach, and qualification, with interactions with upper management across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with WarehouseQuote Sales and Marketing leaders to run prospecting playbooks, targeting WarehouseQuote's key accounts.
- Run multi-channel sales activation playbooks to identify internal stakeholders and key intelligence within target accounts.
- Create and implement A/B multivariate tests in sales activation playbooks to continuously improve opportunity generation.
- Report on campaign KPIs, including meetings kept, opportunities created, and opportunities qualified.
- Manage a dataset of target accounts in WarehouseQuote's CRM and develop nurturing strategies to keep key decision makers informed of updates to our platform.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in outbound prospecting in the SaaS, Transportation, or Logistics industry is preferred.
- Previous knowledge and experience with the MEDDIC sales methodology or similar sales strategy is preferred.
- Experience with presenting a business solution to small to middle-market or enterprise companies' leadership teams through a consultative sales process is required.
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Gong, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is strongly preferred.
- 1-2 years of sales experience with a focus on account-based, consultative sales is required.
- Experience with LinkedIn social selling is nice to have.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and willingness to go the extra mile for team members and clients is required.
