Job Overview

As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's people strategies and ensuring that our employees have the support and resources they need to thrive.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a strong general business and HR acumen, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results and support our company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's business objectives and values.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business results and improve our HR processes.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in an operational or business partner human resources role.
  • Intellectually curious and able to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Strong general business and HR acumen, with a deep understanding of federal and state employment laws.
  • Proven experience in a role that required strict confidentiality, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in stressful situations.
