We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive business growth across multiple geographical regions, including the US, Canada, LATAM, and South America. This role requires a strong track record of leadership, sales, and business development.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in selling software solutions at the executive level, with several years of management experience. They will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing product groups, and expanding customer and partner relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve revenue growth
  • Managing and running the product group's US sales organization
  • Expanding customer and partner relationships through onboarding new value-added resellers, business process outsourcers, and service centers
  • Measuring success and achievements through key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborating with internal business units across Europe and the US

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A BS degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science, or equivalent commercial training and relevant professional experience
  • Proven leadership and sales experience, with a strong track record of success
  • Technical proficiency in SAP, Microsoft 365 Dynamics, and other ERP products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days out. Based on business needs, office attendance may be affected, and requirements may change.

Our client offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Travel is required, but frequency will depend on business needs.
