**Overview:**
Lloyd Staffing is a leading staffing agency providing Temporary, Seasonal, Contract, Consulting, Fractional and Interim Talent solutions. We are seeking an Account Development Executive (ADE) to join our team and support the growth and expansion of our People & Administration Community.
As an ADE, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and connecting with innovative companies. You will develop and execute creative sales strategies to expand market presence, build lasting relationships with clients in dynamic and fast-paced industries, and crush goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them.

**Requirements:**
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Compensation:**
The anticipated hiring base salary range for this role is $58,000-$62,000 USD. The ADE role is eligible for incentive compensation in the form of bonus & commission.
