Job Overview

Position: Program Coordinator

Location: Candidates must reside in specified states and provide proof of residency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Management).
  • 5-7 years of experience in program and project oversight, ideally within healthcare or financial sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing intricate, technical, cross-departmental initiatives, including data analytics and systems integration.
  • Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $1 million.
  • Experience leading teams of 20+ personnel, including external contractors.
  • Demonstrated success in guiding technical programs through the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adept at identifying and resolving complex issues through systematic approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in agile environments.
  • Understanding of Medicaid Encounter Data and T-MSIS.
  • Ability to articulate project requirements clearly to achieve objectives.
  • Strong customer service focus with an understanding of client needs.
  • Proven relationship-building skills emphasizing collaboration.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and conflicting information.
  • Experience with cloud-based projects.
  • Background in government healthcare agencies or public sector environments.
  • Knowledge of the Massachusetts healthcare landscape and key stakeholders.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
